What Community-based services does YES provide?

	Free Parent Education speaker series featuring professionally-distinguished guest presenters.
	A link between families and existing community resources to get children the help they need.
	Behavioral training, consultation and support to assist parents and caregivers.
	A schedule of after school and school-vacation activities for socially or emotionally-challenged kids, who often come from financially-disadvantaged families.

YES strives to...

	Empower children with disabilities to find, use and express their unique strengths and talents.
	Provide each child with the skills and opportunities they need to become successful and productive members of society, and encourage them to have some fun along the way.
	Offer support and guidance to families who face the financial and emotional challenges of raising a disabled child.
